At this time of year the postman is busy and arrives almost every day with Christmas cards from friends far and wide.
Delighted I was to receive a envelope containing a letter telling me I am a finalist in the Ryedale Business Awards and a ticket for the breakfast and ceremony which will take place on Jan 24th 2017 . I had to tell Rievaulx that I wouldn't be able to pick up that day . I guess the dogs wont mind either as they are working 6 days a week at the moment and with a 300 bird day yesterday and only Rob and I picking up but not such a hard day today as there was 3 of us picking up. It was nice and frosty this morning but ready for a sit down shortly.
